The Marsden is an excellent hospital in every way i can think of.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The doctors, consultants and nurses were helpful and welcomed my questions. I felt heard and in safe hands. I also appreciated that all the team were women, it was one of the best hospital experiences iv ever had.
It was a very good experience overall, the nursing staff and doctor were lovely. The only minor downside was the receptionist at the end when I had a query for her, she was a little dismissive in her manner.
This was an outpatient appointent so the last 3 questions were not applicable.
I received a friendly welcome, my condition was fully explained to me and I felt totally in control of any treatment required. Also, I didn't feel rushed.
Overall good. Some rude staff.
Ward and staying overnight was greatly managed.
Very pleasant people overall.
Covid 19 created the delay for me to be treated within the time frame I was scheduled, consequently, I had to endure a couple more monthly Hormone injections.which did me no good to my midriff . I put on weight which I still find difficult to shed.
Staff cheerful and responsive. Usually came quickly when called. Prepared to chat when appropriate. Morale seemed high.
Fantastic bunch of people working in the most stressful circumstances. Thank you so much.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, it is what I imagine private care to be like. Everyone was lovely
Attentive and skillful nursing.
Friendly and with a sense of humour.
No request was a problem even though at times they were under pressure.
Of particular note were Liliana (ward sister) and Claire McGovern but everyone was fantastic.
There was nothing, in my view, that could have been improved.
